The Nations Cup in Arville this weekend also came to a beautiful end. A silver medal for the Belgian team and an individual silver medal for Karin.

Competition Le Pin au Haras (FR)

During the European Championship in Haras du Pin (France) last weekend, the Belgian team managed to obtain an Olympic ticket for the games in 2024 in Paris.

Next weekend is the next big competition in Arville. Karin will compete with both Namira and Leipheimer van 'T Verahof in the CIC 4*. They will also compete for the Belgian Championship and there will be another Nations Cup. Ceres de la Brasserie wil be competing in the CIC 3*!

After a safe trip on Monday, Karin and Fletcha van 't Verahof are this week @ the FEI Eventing European Championship Haras du Pin 2023. 9 years ago, in 2014, Karin and Fletcha finished their first big World Championship there in Haras du Pin, with a beautiful 5th place as result.

The first horse inspection is today at 13h30. Karin and Fletcha will be seen as the 4th of the Belgian team during the dressage on Friday.

And yet again, Belgium scores a beautifull second spot in the Millstreet international Horse trials in Ireland this weekend. For the FEI Eventing Nations Cup Karin and Fletcha van 'T Verahof finished 4th in the CCIO4*-NC-S. Karin and Pinokkio achieved the same place in the CCI1*- intro. Not to forget that Encore un T also participated and finished 19th! now starting a safe trip going back home to Belgium.

Karin is this week @ Millstreet International Horse Trials (Ireland) for the FEI Eventing Nations Cup with Fletcha van 't Verahof in CCIO4*-NC-S. She also rides Encore un T and Pinokkio in CCI1*-intro. Startlists, results and some livestream @

A little recap of the show in Jardy this past weekend. Karin and Olympic won the 2* L competition! Despite the less than favourable weather conditions, they performed very well!

Karin participated with Oogappel in the same competition and took one bar and ended 8th. With E.T. she finished 13th in the 1* competition. One of our students, Serine Overvik competing for Norway, performed there as well this weekend in her first 1* competition. She finished 12th with Nerium (one of the horses from Donckers Stables) and 18th with her own horse Imperious Heart. This was a wonderful result for them and we are all very proud!!

Great start in the international competition in Jardy. Dressage test with a nice 28,3 points for Oogappel.

What a competition! First Nations Cup in Montelibretti was a fantastic start for this season for the belgian equipe. A beautiful first pleace for the belgian team.
Individually Karin and Fletcha achieved a beautiful 8th place and with Ceres an 18th place in her first 4* S.
Now returning home with a very happy rider and happy horses!

Today Karin and the students went to Waregem Sport Vlaanderen to learn more about conditional fitness for eventing horses. The tutorial was given by Carolien Munsters.
